    It is said that Juan Ponce de Leon searched for the Fountain of Youth when he landed in Florida in 1521. It was never found, but Juan by another name - Johnny Ryder - has found a modern-day solution that works. Johnny provides a workout in his private gym that focuses on medical fitness. For a client in their latter 70's such as myself, I can attest to the fact that 'over-the-hill' can be transformed into the Better Side of the Hill, as the title to one of his publications suggests, designed for the active senior such as myself. I have noticed improvements in both strength and overall fitness in the time that I have been working with Johnny. Additionally, actually seeing results is motivating in that I am now inspired to see how much additional improvement I can make. I highly recommend Johnny Ryder's Medical Fitness approach to improve overall well-being, especially for those in or approaching their senior years and seeking the only Fountain of Youth that actually exists, transforming over-the-hill to the Better Side of the Hill!

    Iʻve been working with Arlyss for 3 months and have seen great improvement in strength and flexibility. Arlyss also works with me to recondition old injuries by focusing on specific areas. Great trainer, who is fun to work with - Highly recommend him for others.

    Love the personal one on one training. Arylss is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. I get stronger with every work out. Recommend to anyone that is just starting out on their workout journey.
